In 2014, the goal was simple: serve memorable food to as many people as possible. Today, our ultimate goal is to go above and beyond your greatest need and culinary desire. We execute exhilarating dining experiences for those who value their time and enjoy food as an experience.
We are an elevated Creole Fusion brand specializing in providing professional, customizable and unique catering solutions for our corporate, private/exclusive, and special event clientele. Our owner, Chef Amber, is a Texas native with Louisiana roots (hence the Creole Fusion flair). That’s why our clients receive exclusive treatment, rooted in southern charm and hospitality.
Over the years, we’ve created countless memories with our clients from grand openings, corporate lunches, nonprofit initiatives, weddings, ladies night’s, poolside parties, holiday soirees, and more! Each event and menu is tailored to give a one-of-a-kind touch to the moments that mean the most to you.

However, we could not continue to serve you, our clients, without reaching around us, in our community to serve others. Le Rouge Cuisine’s social impact focus is geared toward dedicating our time and resources to furthering the access and education of healthy food initiatives in food disparaged communities within the DFW metroplex.
We are proud to support organizations such as Hunger Busters, American Heart Association, Bonton Farms, and the North Texas Food Bank who are committed to this same fight. As our company grows, we hope to continue to expand our reach to those who need it most.
Meet Chef Amber
Chef Amber is a Dallas native, the youngest of three, surrounded by a big family who never missed an opportunity to sit at a table filled with great food. Amber began cooking and baking at an early age, helping out in the kitchen at every opportunity, while learning family recipes from her mother’s Louisiana roots.
With a family of home cooks and a growing desire to learn any and everything about the culinary world, she knew by the age of eight she wanted to be a chef when she grew up.
While at Grambling State University, the young foodie began studying the art of cooking and baking more seriously and her passion for making great food and serving others continued to grow. After graduating with a degree in Business Management in 2011, culinary school was not in the cards financially, but Amber toiled at making her dreams come true, even while holding a management role in Corporate America.
In 2014, Le Rouge Cuisine Food Company was born – founded on Chef Amber’s love for serving others, coupled with her favorite pastime of cooking with family from both Texas and Louisiana.
Le Rouge Cuisine translates to The Red Kitchen in French, which culminates Amber’s Créole roots, red as the color of passion, power, and zeal, and the ‘kitchen’ being her main domain. In 2015, Chef Amber left Corporate America and has been running the business full-time ever since.
While still on a quest to arrive at the perfect balance of business owner and cutting-edge culinarian, Chef Amber is looking forward to continuing to build upon the vision she saw as a child — studying the industry and craft to stay on the edge of catering & private chef experiences through technology, genuine service, and evolving flavors. She aims to create jobs through her business for the community that raised her and bring more advanced opportunities to enjoy food on an elevated level.
